30 Day Exchange Policy on Vehicles
At Go Auto Outlet, we aren't happy until you are. That's why every one of our vehicle comes with a 30 day exchange policy. If the vehicle you purchase develops significant mechanical problems within your first 30 days of ownership, we'll take it back and find you a better option.
Vehicles can be exchanged if:
- The guarantee runs for 30 days or 1,700kms, whichever comes first, starting on the delivery date.
- The exchanged vehicle must be returned in the same apparent condition and state it was in upon delivery.
- Go Auto reserves the right to terminate a Card at any time due to suspected misuse. Go Card promotional dollars cannot be converted to cash.
Exclusions:
- Vehicles that have been damaged by the customer or anyone else, Commercial vehicles, Vehicles that have been modified or altered by the customer or someone else in any way whatsoever, Vehicles that have been repaired without Go Auto’s prior authorization. What Does Our Inspection Process Look Like?
Every vehicle that comes through a Go Auto Outlet locations undergoes a rigorous standardized inspection including a First Canadian Protection Plan and AMVIC mechanical fitness assessment. This inspection goes above and beyond the required 64 point inspection most vehicles come with. This extra level of care allows our trained technicians to thoroughly assess all vehicle systems, ensuring no issues are missed. Certified Quality means driving off away with total peace of mind. A fully inspected, quality vehicle you can count on from day one. If there is a major mechanical failure our vehicles are backed by our 30-day exchange policy. Before any vehicle hits a Go Auto Outlet lot, it must pass the point inspection and road test.

A single exchange per client is permitted at all participating Go Auto Outlet locations. The guarantee runs for 30 days or 1,700kms, whichever comes first, starting on the delivery date. The vehicle must be of equal or greater value (with a payment to cover the difference). In the event of an exchange, any equipment that has been added to the vehicle can be moved to the new vehicle at the customer’s expense. If it cannot be moved, the equipment is non-refundable. The exchanged vehicle must be returned in the same apparent condition and state it was in upon delivery. The exchange program does not apply to Second Chance Credit and alternative financing clients. Vehicles that have been modified or repaired without Go Auto's authorization will not qualify for exchange. 2.99% lease rate available when leasing select in stock vehicles for 24 months with a $1 residual value. Payment example: Lease a 2023 Toyota Corolla LE (STK#GPW3304) for 24 months at 2.99%, selling price of $23,997, bi-weekly payments of $509.25, $26,569.20 total lease obligation, $1 residual value, $1,382.85 cost of borrowing, 16,000km annual allowance, average overage charge of $0.25/km. This offer (2.99% lease rates) is available for leases up to a maximum of $60,000. A $499 lease origination fee will be charged on all lease agreements.
