Go Auto Outlet Community Initiatives
Go Auto Outlet is proud to join Go Auto as a contributing member of the community, giving back to groups in need. From the various organizations we contribute to, to our Go Auto Outlet Random Acts of Kindness initiative to the Go Auto School Lunch Program, Go Auto has a number of endeavours we happily donate to.
Giving Back
Go Auto happily contributes to several organizations in Canada, helping hundreds of thousands of people across the country. Go Auto is thankful to enjoy a great deal of success through our dealership networks, and thus is thankful to be in a position to give back to the communities, groups and people around us. Go Auto wouldn’t be what it is without the people’s support, so giving back is essential. Organizations that Go Auto contributes to include the Canadian Cancer Society, Edmonton Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Little Warriors, STARS, Stollery Children’s Hospital, YMCA and many more. Go Auto is dedicated to giving back to the community.
Random Acts of Kindness
The Random Acts of Kindness program sees Go Auto give its employees money to be put towards any charity of their choosing. In 2017, $1 million was given out to employees, with each receiving $350 to donate to a group or person in need. This is a worldwide movement taking place every February that Go Auto has decided to take part in and give back to our community through what matters most to Go Auto employees. Go Auto strives to make community engagement a priority and is happy to use this initiative as a way to give back in a large way.
Go Auto School Lunch Program
Thousands of kids across Edmonton go to school every day without a proper lunch. In 2018, Go Auto made it their mission to do something about this. April saw the launch of the Go Auto Fuels the Schools program to provide lunches to children in need. Powered by the Go Auto kitchen led by chef Bryan Dwernychuk, Go Auto hopes to feed many kids with healthy meals so they have energy to learn and lead our next generation. The goal is to supply 62,000 free meals to Edmonton schools by the end of the year. If you want to inquire about the program, please send an email to fueltheschools@goauto.ca.
If you have any questions about Go Auto’s charitable endeavours, please don’t hesitate to contact us to see how we can help.
