Friendly, professional staff. We didn’t feel pressured or pushed. Prices were clearly advertised, and no “surprise” fees. They offered us the best trade-in value for our vehicle of all the dealers we visited. We feel we got a good vehicle for a fair price. There was a minor issue with an in-floor storage compartment in our new car which we noticed after the sale, but Josh and the Red Deer Go Auto team came through and corrected it. We would definitely recommend them to others looking for a good used vehicle.

Shopped around a bunch of different dealerships, I got by far the best service here. Gary my salesman was relaxed funny and very professional well still keeping it fun. Oddly enough he wasn't even pushy just helpful. Then Taio, the operations manager, really fought for me. It truly felt like he was on my side trying to get me the best deal possible. After this experience I'm never going anywhere else. I was blown away with just how much fun i was having. Seriously if your looking for a vehicle go check these guys out they are amazing!!!!!

My last vehicle suddenly broke down on me and I was terrified that I'd be without a vehicle since my credit is less than perfect (to say the least). I gave go auto a call, let them know my situation and they couldn't be more accommodating. Johnny was my sales associate and went above and beyond for me. On Friday he personally came to my home to pick up my information since I couldn't drive myself and the next day he picked me and my family up and drove us there to look at some options. I ended up getting a car that I adore and at a decent price. But the customer service is what amazed me. I felt like I had a friend in the business with Johnny my sales aasociate. He has incredible customer service skills to a point where I didn't even feel like a customer I felt like a friend. My young children even enjoyed the experience despite how busy they were. I definitely wasn't the only customer in that day but I felt like his number one priority. I had an amazing experience that I won't forget. If you're looking for a new vehicle I suggest checking them out and if you want amazing customer service I suggest asking for Johnny. Very pleased!! 🙂
